Comes in handy with the elemental golems, in particular (for Malachai's Artifice, only the skill socketed into the ring causes the EE effect on enemies, rather than everything you do like the passive tree version)

I used it to pretty good effect on my witch. Ice Nova totem + manual Flameblast.
