Im lv 63 can use voltaxic at lvl 64 I have the rest of the gear listed. Im still like 90 dex points away from being able to use voltaxic... This is epic fail lol wheres all the dex coming from? I even took 2 30 dex nodes ont he tree... You might need to get ~8 dex from a jewel but that's if you don't take Ballistic Mastery and the 10 dex node before it. I'm not level 100 yet and don't have Ballistic Mastery or the node before it and I have enough dex for Voltaxic. All I have is 9 dex on a jewel and my tree. Did you get the Deadeye ascendancy yet?
