PoE is about as stupid like that too tho.

PoE is only playable for 1 to 2 month every new temporary league then the PoE is fucking dead until the next new temporary league.

Standard is full of a constant player base. It's quite active so, no, it's not dead "until the next temporary league".

it kinda is for the real players who don't really fuck with stantard.

This speaks volumes for the kind of person you are.

And that I'm taking bait from a troll. Good job, I suppose.

That is a HUGE LIE. It has much better performance than PoE and I'm playing it on a 5+ year old PC with just an SSD + Amd 7870.

You realize things can run worse on high-end systems than older ones, purely because of how the engine is done, correct?

i dont have any FPS probs in GD with everything at max.
i do have FPS problems in poe with my MJ build tho.

So you have no valid comeback...

now be a good troll go back under your bridge gg no re.
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.

Welcome to PoE.

This wouldn't differ the biased forum trolls from protesting for the lack of optimization of PoE's graphical engine.

It happens, even in full-release games. Depending on the kind of hardware you're running, it may not be optimized for your system. The range of variables in hardware configurations possible for desktop PCs makes it hard for things to be uniform in optimization.

Primarily tends to deal with differences in CPUs, especially between AMD and Intel, in most games performance wise. However, GPUs can also cause issues, albeit more rarely than the other.

Honestly. Learn shit, it's good for you.

Performance is so bad in PoE, especially if you use an ATI card ._.

Casting shock nova dips my fps from 110 to 30 for instance, which is just mind blowing.
Never had such issue in Grim Dawn, it's constant fps, maybe dips from 60 to 45 from time to time but nothing drastic as PoE.

To be honest, as a solo player game, that requires no interaction with anyone else (aside from forums/sub), Grim Dawn steps all over Path of Exile.

Whilst the skill tree is mediocre, its still incredibly detailed, combining two different classes into one whole one, there are so many things that can synergise, and the Devotion system changes everything :)

The physics engine in this game is amazing, its gorgeous, the graphics? fucking demolishes Path of Exile

Options? ITS ALL THERE

End game is a bit meh at the moment, but that shouldnt deter you from the fact that Grim dawn is one of the greatest ARPG's out there at the moment.

@XigTek

........You really have no idea what you're talking about.

He mentioned 3,000 dollar PCs running the game with ****15 fps and you still think it is the game's problem??

It rarely has to do with the CPU. Problems that might occur when you have a really high-end machine usually have to do with running multiple graphics cards / sound card problems such as the Xonar Dx that has a setting that can cause crashes.

That is a TECHNICAL problem and has nothing to with the engine of the game. And if the problem is of an SLI nature, you just disable the GPU (s) you don't need and you run the game on a single card. The same goes for multi-core CPUs if that is the case.

Bottom Line of this argument:

PoE is known for years for bad performance / lags / lag spikes regardless of how beefy your PC is. There is nothing to talk about here, it still suffers from all these problems and developers themselves said they will be working on Performance fixes in 2016.

Grim Dawn doesn't suffer from such problems currently, period.
