Same for me.

Killed Malachai on Normal, so I got all the minor bosses. No race points/rewards even 2.5h after the race.

Character during the Arctic Boss Kill Race (Winterheart 045): SadRunner (finished 1190th).

Hope this only take some time or support might help us out! ;-)

Probably race rewarding for the race type is not implemented yet.
Works as intended © Not a Bug ™

Anyway, racing is not a main content of the game. Let them focus on pve part

Just don't delete the character before all the points are awarded or you'll never be able to get them.

hold you're voided character until it's solved !

Same problem here.

Late for "not delete your characters" here. I usually do it when he's in Void League.

I wont do it again though, but still hoping I have my 30 points for the 2h30m invested in the race.
