Random lag and disconnects

Good evening! By the looks of your WinMTR report, you've got consistent packet loss originating at your second or third hop. Could you please try power-cycling your modem, then letting us know if you see any improvement?

Please turn your router off, then unplug it from the wall for about 5 minutes. After doing so please restart your computer, disable your antivirus and malware, then run Path of Exile as an Administrator.
