Random lag and disconnects

Cant stay in game for more then 5 to 10 min before getting the boot.

Good evening! By the looks of your WinMTR report, you've got consistent packet loss originating at your second or third hop. Could you please try power-cycling your modem, then letting us know if you see any improvement?
Please turn your router off, then unplug it from the wall for about 5 minutes. After doing so please restart your computer, disable your antivirus and malware, then run Path of Exile as an Administrator. Need some help? Contact us at support@grindinggear.com

I having latency issues to, about 3 days ago, i had 30-50 ping, and now is 150 ping constant. I dont no what is causing this problem.
