Didn't get my 1st Rigwald MTX (Boots)

I just completed my 14th challenge (finally lvl 90, yeah!) and noticed I got the gloves MTX.
I never got the boots MTX though (was really fast with my first seven challenges, was definitely in the first week).
Back when I completed my 7th challenge I checked my MTX and just assumed you'd get them after the league but obviously that's not the case.

Anyone else have that problem? Some help / advice would be appreciated...

i just entered the "/recheck_achievements" command, relogged and nothing happened.

i also checked to see if i accidentally equipped the mtx to any of my other (former) talisman chars but it's nowhere to be found - would have been a surprise anyway since i am sure i checked after completing my 7th challenge and just assumed the mtx would be awarded after the league...

any news? still haven't got the boots mtx unfortunately...
