Said this on August 20th. It's now August 25th and what is all over the news? Clinton selling access and favors through her position as the state department. I personally find these claims to be a bit exaggerated and distorted, but as it enters the 24/7 news cycle, I expect this to have some impact on Clinton's numbers. So as I said, it doesn't seem unthinkable for the polls starting to reflect a much closer race in the coming weeks.

So far, the "pay for play" thing is as you said: exaggerated. There are quite a few attempts in the emails, which are met with "go through the proper channels". Nothingburger.

The email/DNC/wikileaks stuff hasn't affected her numbers in any noticeable way (see the devastating quinnipac poll released today... shes up 10 goddamn points nationally. They are highly regarded and lean slightly right.)

And now, Trump is waffling on his core message. He's flip-flopping softening evolving changing his words about what he'll do regarding deportations.

I think nothing will change. National polls may tighten, as they always seem to... but the state polls (esp the ones he absolutely can't lose) are clear at this point.

It all comes down to the question if Trump can secure the cuckservative vote. If he can, he wins. If not, he loses. Simple shit.
