Well that sucked
Insane Ranger Cleave RNG until act 3 FOUR quicksilvers dropped, MS, good weapons, everything Then in act 3... no weapons. Still using 1 burnished foil Bought 1 jagged foil and had to wait for another to drop (although a broad axe would have been even better) and alced it. rip. No rrr for super-cleave, mobs wouldnt die, going OOM constantly, real nice warehouse farm (actually the alc was not terrible... So I guess I really just needed the RRR) Oh well! My RNG just gets worse as the season goes on
No jade off vendor until 12, no MS, no 2nd QS, not even enough alt shards to craft +1 until after sins, thankfully I finally found a BBR in sins as well. Then I find Bones of Ullr of Vaal. Minimum rolled movement speed, of course. In other news, incinerate was pretty disgusting to kill rares with, dropped in southern forest.

Got lucky and bought a +1 cold and a +1 lightning wand right at the start of the race. Luck ended there. Never found a second quicksilver or was able to find/roll movement speed boots. With this race, I think I've done enough to lock in top 20 for the season. In retrospect, if I'd known I'd have to run just about every race to hold position I think I'd have just stopped when I hit 1000. I actually thought it more likely I'd clearly be outclassed and fall into the mid-20s about a week ago. I'm sure if some of the top racers had more time or had pushed harder while there was still time, I'd have been left in the dust long ago.
