A ruler of trading is one of the most wealthiest and known players throughout the game from standard all though most of them reside in Standard. Some do head to the new leagues
Most of these rulers are in the a secret organization known as the ''Illuminati'' Players such as AXN Ventor Deathklok etc who control the mirror market in addition to the most powerful gear in the game rule standard with an Iron fist. While I_NO and several other rulers do exist in the new leagues they don't fully monopolize the most powerful gear, They say these rulers on the temp leagues are out for themselves and despise the Illuminati while rumors say they are on orders from Charan or BMBI - Manuel script Chronicles of Wraecrest Chapter II: Organizations I love teddy bears.
