in regards to lvling a wander . . .

Hello all,

im bjorn and i play poe for about a jear now i think.
i have done many builds from cleave to ice spear to mjölnr.
and i would like to share my vision on the lvling of a wander character.

two days ago in the new 1MsC leage i wanted to make a wander> and elemental kenetic blast wander. so i started with a bow since there is no option of lvling as a wander if ur not lvl30+
then i reached lvl 30 and i got myself a nice twizle (unique phys crit wand) i got to A4 and i regreted choosing a wander alredy since the lack of damage and tankyness then afer a painful fight with malachai i got to cruel. the first 3Acts were pretty ok realy slow and dieing a lot of times but i was a hard leage so i didnt mind it to much. then i hit a4 and i just quit the character. becos even with a tabula and a insain wand (for lvl 57) it was way to painful to go any further.

i think lvl non meta builds need a buf and wander a realy big one.
not a buff to endgame but for leveling.

would like to hear ur opinion.

It can be a pain to level sure, but it was a build of the week back in February and despite some changes with 2.0 it's still pretty damn powerful.

Jes im aware thad its powerful in maps/ endgame i would just realy like GGG to balance skills in the early game so it would be just as good to lvl with the build u like and not flametotem/ invinerate/ cyclone/ srs/ etz

Well thats the thing, most skills are not supposed to be OP/good until you get to late game, it's a progression you are supposed to feel...and you do with skills like this.

I can, have you ever leveld as a wander?
Its crap like total crap and dont get me started on the lack of viable chooices a wander has while lvling if u compair them to other atack based builds
I can understand there needs to be a difrence but does it have so big like lvl a guichi hobo or a near god mode leveling experience

Last time I tried, I just stacked flat physical damage on gear, so it didn't matter how poor the Base damage was.

Also used a second PS gem for single target.
It wasn't the fastest levelling I ever had, but definetly viable from start to maps.

Stacking flat phys? Sorry but in an early leage wich is realy hard good lick fonding resist life flat phys widout paying an eye and a leg

Didn't do it with an empty stash, obviously.

Use one of the hundred spells you get offered as quest rewards.
