how many divine shrine how u ever encountered?
" 2) means simply spamming an instance like "city of sarn" over and over and simply rushing true it for a chance of a divine shrine when that particular league is activated. you simply multi spawn the same instance over and over and disregard mobs etc to hunt a objective. (in warbands for example, people would create 10+ instances of an area if it had 4 dots in it, and then when the warbands changed they still had those instances left to run) 3) is simply my way of saying trade-to-win In this case winning imply's a gold seraph mtx set :p so trade-to-mtx Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

I don't know if it's intentional or not, but corrupt zones from running sacrifice frags in the map device often spawn oodles of shrines. I sold quite a few echo/divine shrines this way in past leagues.

If you frequently map with domination added from zana, you will find many divine shrines. I get at least 1 a day, often more.

Very few, but keep in mind shrines spawn at a really low rate when domination isn't turned on. There will be a lot more divine shrines floating around than in regular league play.

Found 3 since Ambush league. One of them was next to the exit door in Ledge, go figure.
Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you.

I found about 5 since 1.3.

The shrine seem rare but not as rare as warband leaders I literally never found one playing warbands to 80's on two characters. Although I didn't really try to hunt them down so it might be easier to find them then I think.
