[Buildbreaking] Spectral Throw Disappears After ~70% Projectile Speed

This is the intended behaviour. All projectiles are deleted when they would be put to sleep (which is what happens to entities that are far away from any players, for performance reasons).

Increased projectile speed makes Spectral Throws travel farther, but if they go too far they will reach sleep range and be deleted. Otherwise you could off-screen enemies with no AI active.
