This item is item level 100 and has a legacy multi/implicit roll. This is one of a kind since new 2.0 mods require high item level and the previous cap was 79!

With the recent changes to Frenzy charges and attack based skills. Most skills now scale global damage instead of just physical. This means that flat damage mods are significantly more valuable and useful than they were before. Since there are only a limited amount of DPS slots available to each character, the best use of an amulet is to roll DPS mods.

Just got myself a copy of this beauty!
My dps went up from 36k with GMP Tornado shot wearing to 40,5k just by swapping them out!
I can still push the damage by adding weapon elemental damage on my rings, which will increase the added lightning damage from the amulet.
All in all its the best choice of any amulets for me :)

Started with the multi and I used the metamod crafting method to craft accuracy and WED. And then I had to eternal + exalt the remaining mods.

Life instead of the lightning damage would be a nice addition.
