There's a Witch Elemental Cleave build somewhere in the Templar thread but the user

I'm new to PoE and I thank you sir for putting together this build list, great initiative!
I started a dualist and are now at lvl 43. I did not put much thought into my passives and realized that you could not reset the skill tree later on... Now I am starting to realize the importance of a early plan! I still do not have the full grasp of the game therefore am I not comfortable enough to trust my own judgement regarding my own build. I am going to pick one of these builds and try to follow it! I think I am going for either "CI Cold Witch (Full CI at lvl 40!)" or "[0.10.1] Dual wand Physical crit+AS+CI Witch". Do anyone have any pointers for me? I do not want to be too gear dependent as I want to try to find my own stuff rather than trading for it (played a lot of D3 and I am quite tired of the AH)! After this, if I am not totally satisfied with the build, I will reroll a new character and try to come up with a build of my own! Again, thanks for the list! //disco IGN: discoCowboy
