Also: Reverberation Rod. If your Spell can benefit from the Spell Echo Support (Incinerate can not, sadly), then there's no better twink weapon than that. Otherwise, Lifesprig is always a strong option; +1 Level is good and it grants a bunch of Increased Damage and Cast Speed.
