Not all belts are made equal

IF you a melee and dont have stun recovery you gona regret it mor then evrithing else. Simingly crapy belt whit implicit and afix in stun recovery can give masive amounth of this status you most of time sacrifice on other pices.

Evry pice have its purpose and as ring are mostly for resistance so are shields for defence and block. Last thing you should look on belt is elemental resistance, life is good to have but thats just one affix.

That say that best is combining belt whit same affix as belt Implicit.
