Can someone verify in their client.txt that the Singapore IP is 216.12.203.91?

" Go to your Path of Exile directory, go to logs directory, and there is a client.txt file. Delete that file (mostly old chat and stuff), then when you log into the SG server, there will be an IP there. | |

Packet loss between 80 to 90% on that particular edge. From looking at it, it seems that that's some form of DDoS protection for SoftLayer's datacenter, presumably to insulate the PoE servers from DDoS, but it appears to be either broken or badly misconfigured since it drops 80% of all traffic. | |

Still spikes, GGG please fix it, Singapore is the only one i could use Lockstep 60-70ms

This is insane, just playing for an hour today had I seen so unstable connections before, I had my latency jumped from 14ms to 700-1400ms for a few minutes, totally unplayable at this stage.
