Forum users are now TEN TIMES more likely to get into Beta for now

I can see that most of people that had invited, never have logged again. So i wonder if they have better chances than active users and that event only makes them equal or there are soooo many people that only register and forget about it?

I dont see how can forum users have a 10 times bigger chance of getting a beta key cuz always when I check the timer there are people who have been registered ,with 0 posts ,getting those beta keys. Makes no sense.
