well definatly POE is the most customizable ARPG I know for sure and I've also beated a lot. It's my favourite ARPG because of it, but I wouldn't say it would be the most suitable for everyone. It's a game for hardcores gamers who enjoy complicated mechanics, if it's the kind of stuff you're into that's your game. But if you find it painfull so sit, stop playing and start thinking about your next move and how you are building up your character you might not like it, at all. But that's not my case!
