Is the increase aoe really necessary on the ice crash, because with added fire instead of increase aoe i'm gaining 2,5k dmg

Found a nice Hegemony's Era so decided to run this build. Feels very fun and strong so far, only lacking in defenses right now but will be specing into armour and life for the next 10 levels.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a better single target dps skill, heavy strike is annoying and probably inefficient because its always knocking the enemy away. EQ might just straight up outperform it even on single targets because of that. | |

"Will have to give it a try. Heavy strike is nice when you can just whack bosses into a corner and keep them there but otherwise its cumbersome. Only have a 5L hegemony, so will try SS > Melee Phys > Phys to lightning > WED > Multistrike. Although i feel like without less duration the damage wont be that great. EDIT: Might also look into glacial hammer, high base damage and might be able to freeze some elites/bosses. EDIT2: Also apparently Vaal Lightning Strike melts bosses. hi i have tried this as jugg this is my gear what would u prefer Heavy strike or Static strike for single target ? xd thank you

Were I should go in Hardcore first, Cloaked in Savagery or Aspect of Carnage ? Also, do I need the passive Tireless for EQ?
