4 Patches -- Still No Patch Notes -- Why?

We generally post information about hotfixes that actually do something in the patch notes forum.

There are other reasons why the client gets updated. An example is that we make a small serverside change (for an infrastructure or stability reason) in a way that happens to cause the game client to recompile with only an updated version number. There's no point in confusing people with patch notes for why that file changed when there is no actual reason.
