1.3.1.21, released April 29th, I suspect is 1.3.1h. Since then, the following activity has happened. 4 patches from the patch servers, no official explanation why, just speculation from users.

If there are no patch notes given, it's probably because the patch didn't change anything significant that actually affects gameplay. Especially now, it's most likely that they are just preparatory patches for 2.0 that aren't actually active yet.

Well, there is a note for the 4th patch (audio for the amulet mtx changed). One of the other patches was probably to fix the bug that would cause a mod (e.g. Shavs w/o the chaos not bypassing ES mod) or item in inventory or stash to get deleted. Not sure about the others.
