The filter has been updated for Harbinger and 3.0! Get the new version on GitHub.
Note: the no-hide version of the filter has NOT been updated yet. I am currently playing with this new filter and may adjust some things like AlertSounds as I go. If you find things you would like changed, please let me know! "Nothing happened." - CharanJaydemyr, TheWretch

" It sounds like you saved the webpage instead of the filter--DOCTYPE is a thing that you find in HTML. You can either download the file directly, or click through to see the filter text, copy that, and save it in a file (make sure it doesn't end up as .filter.txt). Version 2.31 is available on GitHub. It only changed the handling of some Harbinger-specific currencies (such as marking binding shards as belonging to the mid-tier currency group).

This filter has been updated for War of the Atlas/Abyss League! Abyss Jewels and Stygian Vise belts get a dark grey border, and the jewels retain the AlertSound that all jewels have had. Elder and Shaper items get a light purple border.

In order for the Block Group Browser to work with your script, you need to add '# EnableBlockGroups' somewhere in the filter header. Filtration v0.16 added that requirement. That line doesn't appear to be present in your most recent release (8th Dec, 2017). I was having issues until found that tidbit in the filtration version documentation.
