PoE Optimizing tool
" Thanks however to actually have a hope of identifying the cause I'd require an actual crash dump. Windows should automatically generate one and refer to it in the crash report (it's a file with the extension .dmp or .mdmp) " Correct in principal; there will be less benefit if your pagefile is allocated on an SSD, however as fourthx mentioned there are other benefits in this case. I know I am doing a bit of necro thread thing here, but if someone still has it, could you please upload it somewhere ?
I haven't played PoE for a while and I was always using this, but after a recent HDD change I must have lost it somewhere. It would be highly appreciated ! Øvè®þðwé® Øvê®®ûn Øvè®çðmé

Original link should now be valid (http://laserblue.org/fixpoe.zip)
Note: You must have a significant amount (2GB>) of available physical memory (excluding PoE) for this tool to have an effect (if you don't, it will likely lower performance due to a bug I never got around to fixing) "The problem is there ARE secure netcodes" -- Pewzor

I don't use Steam so I can't be certain however it's unlikely there would be any compatibility issues (certainly nothing catastrophic such as data loss)
