Well, in addition to that it needs very high Strength to make it work, its not for the everyday Dex/Eva ranger which you seem to forget

Just an off topic question, what did you use to make that image?

many (if not most) ranged players already use str+life+armor above eva. while better than, say, a year ago, eva is still far less popular than armor. and iron will is already a thing with bowers (esp conversion builds).
regardless, the argument that only a few niche people would use it hardly makes it more attractive. that being said, when i get home from work, i'll take a look and see if i can give some constructive feedback rather than just crapping on your idea. sorry for being so negative, i try not to do that. Something like:
X% Less attack speed Y% More attack damage Where X and Y balance out to equality would seem to accomplish what you want, while maintaining balance. Note that for instance 50/50 would not be balanced, it would reduce your DPS by 25% (2APS*1000DMG=2000DPS, 1APS*1000DMG*1.5=1500DPS); 50/100 would be balanced (2APS*1000DMG=2000DPS, 1APS*1000DMG*2=2000DPS). Some other interesting possibilities (numbers may need to be adjusted): Critical strike chance is capped at 50%. Non-critical strikes deal 0 damage. 100% More damage. ---------------------------------------------- Hold down the attack command to begin charging your attack. Each subsequent time you would attack while charging adds 1 Machariel charge. Letting go of the attack command causes you to attack with 75%*# of charges More damage. ---------------------------------------------- 300% More damage. Enemies gain immunity to damage from you for (4/APS) seconds on hit. ---------------------------------------------- 350% More damage. Only the first enemy hit by each attack is dealt damage. Magic monsters take 25% Less damage. Rare monsters take 50% Less damage. Unique/Boss Monsters take 67% Less damage. White mob: 1000*4.5=4500 Magic mob: 1000*4.5*.75=3375 Rare mob: 1000*4.5*.5=2250 Unique/Boss: 1000*4.5*.33=1485 alternatively (this would be harder to implement and probably would have to use RNG to determine simultaneous hits), 300% More damage. Each enemy subsequent to first enemy hit by each attack is dealt 50% Less damage. Magic monsters take 25% Less damage. Rare monsters take 50% Less damage. Unique/Boss Monsters take 67% Less damage. White mob: 1000*4=4000->2000->1000->500->250 Magic mob: 1000*4*.75=3000->1500->750->375->187.5 Rare mob: 1000*4*.5=2000->1000->500->250->125 Unique/Boss: 1000*4*.33=1320->660->330->165->82.5 If none of those strike your fancy, let me know and I can try to come up with some more.
