It would have about a thousand different mods on it, each a very minor effect on its own, but in the aggregate it would be completely unpredictable. Just mousing over the box to load the tooltip causes a stutter in the framerate, to say nothing of what happens when you actually open the box. Applying a chaos orb actually simplifies the box somewhat, because Forum Box represents more disorder than does the Chaos sphere. Using an Eternal Orb on it sends you to the wayback machine, a special time traveling boss that knows everything you know and uses it against you.
