Can't refund passive nodes between Node areas.

Why is this hard to grasp? you must be linked to your starting area at all times and you can't refund a point that would break the link.
The int node you highlighted is clearly going to break the link to the other int node just up from it and this can't be refunded. Ancestral Bond.
