one of my characters stuck

This is not fun anymore. Again my lvl 73 character is stuck. Can somebody from GGG solve this problem?
If you guys can't solve this problem, better you return my money! One character stuck and waiting for GGG to resolve the issue.

Uninstalled the game and now re-installing it. Hope this works. Thanks again. " One character stuck and waiting for GGG to resolve the issue.

Have you tried connecting to a VPN and using another gateway then?
I've heard of other users having success with that. |
