[1.3][Bloodlines/HC]Budget Arc,Beginner Friendly,Cheap,Easy Mode

Thanks for this build. I gave it a shot during the 5 day event that just finished.
So much fun. Great build. Only troubles were Dom Merc and some maps bosses. Everything
else pretty much just melts.

I couldn't find the arctic armor gem during the entire 5 days though. Can you believe that?

This is also the first time I've ever used spell echo, and I'm not sure I like it that much. One difference is that you have +20% quality on your spell echo so you gain +10% spell dmg which counters the dmg loss from using this gem. I didn't have a quality gem, and I felt the dmg was impacted enough for me to notice.

you should try to get wand with a prefix open so you can craft lightning leech on it, then you will realize how tanky this setup is

Found a 6Link now but i rlly dont know now what to do on the passiv tree my dps are rlly low 7300. This sucks a bit

Im now at a nice Crit build

nice,that's what i would also do,start with this build and around week 2 on a new league when you got currency switch to crit pledge or dual wield

i tested 2 version of this build before the lockstep reset in beta, 1 phase accro version and a hybrid version
they both work really well, the hybrid version with good gear can stack up to 8-10k hp pool ,and the phase accro/light coil version is also really good.
after the aura change we need to run clarity on life using blood magic gem that's why i prefer the hybrid version over the accro/coil for the new patch 2.0
