I dont know how but about 1-2 days it is fixed. There were no new procurement patch or ingame one. Anyway doesn´t matter it works properly now.

I don't know about the seller's perspective but when I'm a buyer looking to buy something it drives me up the wall when so many people who are flagged as online are actually offline. Some days (particularly in Standard for some reason) it is as high as ~60% of the listings. >(
