When did i laugh or implied it was funny or anything like that? Unless you are typing general things or things that come to your mind which have nothing to do with the message you quoted and replied to, I suggest you upgrade your software. Also, probation is a form of ban. It is not a permanent ban, but still, you are banned from typing in the forums for x days.
