And it has the added bonus of chill and freeze chance. It's definitely the strongest of the three due to utility and damage.

Indeed, and burning arrow is a relative close second with LA lacking behind so much. I'd hope to see a buff for LA. It's ok ish if you use it with frostwalls and such, though I myself still think it lacks behind other ranged projectile skills.
