Should dispel freeze/chill flasks make you immune to chilled ground in pvp ?

I've always been wondering why chilled ground has the capabilities to bypass a dispel chill flask, to me the effect is the same debuff with just another way to proc it, i personally think a dispel chill/freeze flask should make you immune to chilled ground just like the normal effect.

dispell chill/freeze flasks do work against chilled ground though, but the mod has to be on a flask that isnt instant so its active for the whole flask duration

I'm of the opinion that items and flasks that make you immune or provide chance to avoid chill should work with chilled ground.

how does 25% chill avoide work with arctic armour for example?

Does it check every 0.5sec? ever 1sec? every time you enter the chilled ground?

Currently %chance to avoid chill dosnt provide any chance to avoid chilled ground from AA or other skills that creates chilled ground.

If they change it so chill avoid % works against chilled ground how will it work?

Normally it check if you get hit and if there is enough incoming damage for a chill it rolls the dice if you get chilled. If it works with ground effects where you dont take any damage how will it determine if you get chilled or not?

yes, i tried it with tommie in the arena to make sure, it works, he casts AB, i use flasks and im not chilled from the groundchill.

ground chill is still OP as shite in pvp, you cant rely on flasks for that kind of stuff, a person can see when youre using a dispell chill flask and theyll just run away so you waste it, imo chill needs its effect reduced.

I would say that every time you step from non chilled ground onto chilled ground would be when the dice was rolled. So if I walked onto someones AA trail and I avoided the chill I think you should be able to run on that persons trail and remain unchilled until you step off of chilled ground and back to normal ground. The dice would roll again if you walked back onto the chilled ground and if this time you didnt avoid the chill I think you should remain chilled until you step off again.
