The whole game looks like a tool or a tech demo. Did you hear the latest interview with the devs? They bring absolutely nothing new to the table. We took this from that, copied this, ripped off that. YAWN.

I agree with you, beyond the graphics, theres not a whole lot going for umbra. I know its early stages, but most of their planned stuff is badly thought out. All their environmental interactions (water, exploding barrels etc) will likely never make it into the final game in a meaningful form. The skill/build system is a joke, and the potion/hideout system is cloned from PoE.

The skill/build system is especially bad. In the demo all they did was randomly switch between spells. Its like if PoE had infinite gem slots and no passive points.

Looks like game what I would like to play between PoE leagues in single player. Wont replace PoE for me though.
