Which skills get improved by the extra skill/buff duration nodes?

Explosive Arrow: Most of the time yes, but there are times when it's advantageous to be able to have a bit longer before they go off for purposes of being able to stack more charges with time for moving etc between shots. If you don't want that, then don't connect the support / get those passives. Note that I have some changes to propose to Chris to how these are divvied up that would affect this one.

Lightning Warp: Not really, no. It's not intended as a skill to move you around fast. The intention is you'd cast it a short distance away in a safe place, then wade into the think of things knowing that you'll be pulled out to safety before you're completely overwhelmed, and deal a bunch of damage when you do. Extending the duration is often a good thing, because it lets you get in some more hits before it goes off.
Nice, thanks for the info, I was wondering about this too.

Does the Fire crit/frost crit (frozen/slown)/shock static
count as a debuff that scales with this passive? As the wording changed and nolonger has "skill" written in it.

IE: Buff Duration - "15% Increased Duration of Buffs and Debuffs you create"

If so would that make ignite do same damage over 6 sec with 50% increase duration or would it do same DPS but for 2 more sec causing it to do 50% more damage.

I am hoping to get some changes in to make this more understandable by the player, but for now (hoping I haven't missed any):

Skills causing buffs/debuffs (affected by both buff duration and skill duration):
Immortal Call
Blood Rage
Phase Run
All curses
Viper Strike
Explosion Arrow
Poison Arrow (The poison debuff that the cloud puts on monsters)
Infernal Blow (technically, and likely to change - it affects the duration after the hit that they'll explode if they die)
Lightning Warp

Skills with a Duration (affected by skill duration only):
Firestorm
Frost Wall
Spark
Poison Arrow (the duration of the cloud)
Domination Blow (duration of the revived enemies)

Yes poison arrow is in both lists: it has two durations.
Note that spells which give you frenzy/endurance/power charges are not affected by these.

EDIT: Frost wall was in the first list and it shouldn't have been.

does + to skill duration passive work on totems as well ?
