Massive Lag Spikes

Hello, I'm getting weird lag spikes. I dont know what causes them, but nothing seems to help. The lag spikes are sometimes not even showed in the graph. They happen almost every 5 - 8 seconds.

Try using WinMTR, I suspect it's a connection problem.
