WWG Prismatic Eclipse
How hard would it be to obtain two WWG Prismatic Eclipse swords in Standard, and how much would they generally run?

Dunno how much they cost but I've probably corrupted about thirty back when I was going for max cyclone and the best I could do is one white per sword. I was probably a bit unlucky but it's not that easy to roll either.
Anyway, it's a build enabler that's pretty hard to come by, but their price isn't that high because the build is more fun than powerful. So, those that have them usually don't want to sell, they're worth more than their market value. " No, it's not, since it turned up nothing. Literally. It seems it shall be harder to get two of these swords than it would a Mjolner. |

" Heh, hardly, it's timeconsuming, yes, but you can go at it whenever you got a few chaos and vaal orbs handy, think of it as a longterm goal :) Planning to do the ele cyclone or CoMK version? Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

You can also vaal +1 or +2 to weapon range, obviously this won't useful if you want more white sockets on the item.

" DimenRush's Screen Cyclone, as I've come to call it. Sure it doesn't do bosses well but it clears very quickly and that's something I want in my "viable" list. I'm tired of farming low-end maps and Catacombs with Incinerate. CoMK also sucks. |

" I've seen a very nice CoMK build recently with two prismatics, combining cyclone and ice nova. Might be on Zeno's stream if I remember right, pretty impressive stuff for clearing mooks and bosses with a lot of adds. How about this - back when I did the hurricane build I decided to corrupt wings of entropy with +2 range instead of going two prisms and elemental auras, it's easier to pull off, cheaper and comparably effective. If you want to give the build a shot, I could give it to you in standard. I've tried do do something else with the build at the last respec but messed it up and have been been looking to corrupt one with a higher roll before I remake the build, I don't need it anymore. " Thing is that WoE requires a six-link to be worthwhile, block, and so on. Right now dual PEs would give more survivability. WoE would give 15% due to dual-wielding and 8%/10% from the weapon itself. That's a total of up to 25% base. Not much. Dual PEs would give 15% base and 10% per, landing me at 35% block. Considerably more than most shields offer inherently. Combine this with the fact that I want ~2 green sockets (24% attack speed), I'd have a considerable amount of survivability from them alone. Both weapons have horribly low attack speeds, so PE is the way to go if I'm relying on life and LGOH. But I'm in the same boat. I don't have any free builds to use up and don't have the life gear to pull it off. Out of my nine leveled characters, only three are "viable", one of those survivable. Thanks for the offer though. |

Sure, whatever you like. I wouldn't be offering if it wasn't working, with a 5L on carcass it was good enough for 75-6 maps before I pulled off a curiosity respec in another direction. I could even spare glove and boot slots for aurseize and goldwyrms for some casual looting.
Ahh, good times, it was actually a go-to char for high level Zanas. Had to switch to my goddess scorned molten striker afterwards to level her, talk about a mismatch :) Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
