Alright I made a quick update, this should have the same damage as the 1.3 build, and be slightly less tanky ;

I have no idea how viable this is in hardcore (mainly because of the IC nerf) thus I can not vouch the hardcore viability right now.
But I do know for a fact that this is still atziri viable.


Keep in mind that you can also run a Soul taker offhand version of this (and get DW nodes like Twin Terror) if you want more damage.
You can also get more AoE using stuff like Ele prolif on herald of ash (you just need the 3 aura nodes near vaal pact for this)

I'm trying out a lot of stuff right now, so give me some time and I will make a proper update, I hope this does for now though.
