Yeah i know man it sucks arse at the moment.
i deliver pizza and business has been slow a few months so im going off my roomates at&t internet and wireless connection.
i used to have cable internet 100 down 10 up direct connected to modem, and not have that issue.
hoping business kicks up again at work. so i can afford my high speed internet again.
