" Use a wand with high crit base 10.5+ because all increased crit is multiplied to this. If you followed my tree, used Maligaro's, rat's Nest, 2 diamond rings, and an ammy with crit and Q20 CoC, you'll have no problem hitting 95%. Also don't forget you get 300% crit when your power charges are up. Should be around 63% in town and 95% while mapping. " It'll be alot betetr for clearing maps because it's alot more mobile thanks to whirling blades and the fact you dont have to stay in place while attacking like u do with barrage. " Voll's is a critical component of this build. Artic breath and freezing pulse or icespear is fine. Cold leech is only 4c, of course it's worth it. " Yep, 1 stun and you're probably dead. Life leech is a main defensive mechanic, if you get hit and stop leeching you'd probably die very fast.. especially needed for Atziri and Uber runs. I'm doing some runs at normal atiziri without use Vaal haste, vaal grace RF and promise to make practice...deathless is so easy even without any buff...unreal :)

I did my build as witch and is opieopie. Did atziri at lvl 86 with main gems at lvl 18...
