what exactly are the chances of getting a key? Just how many people are there competing for one? :(

The chances are likely near 0. One person every half hour is 48 keys a day. Not terribly many. i mean look at how many responses there are in this thread alone. Granted there are a lot of repeats, but still.

I think we are lucky to even have this countdown. Not all the betas invite people on a daily basis.

" God I love that, So many publishers now are using 'beta demos' to try to sell their games. The phenomenon has also crept over to consoles where you can now download demos labelled as betas... The funny thing is that most of these demos are so buggy/imbalanced that they really SHOULD still be in beta. And developers get to hide behind the 'this is beta code and not at all indicative of the final product (even though it is actually exactly the same). |

Wow just saw some previews on youtube and was blown away by how aestheticly beautiful the graphics and gameplay look. I can't wait to try this game out. If I don't get pick now for a key I'll be keeping a look out for open beta for sure!! =)
