Rare amulets extremely rare, like non existent rare?

Is this bugged?
Did quite a few maps now, have 120 or so IIR, looted tons of rares enough to fill dozens of full sets, but ... not a single amulet. Uniques drop more often then rare amulets, even unique amulets ... Not sure if this is bug so posted here. | |

20+ maps today all with 30-80 IIQ 0.0 amulets, its bugged

Just did zana mission, kill 2 exiles in necropolis, killed all of em except for boss, coldres is 0 so its pretty much impossible though i got close but ran out of portals.
Now guess howmany amulets dropped on the map and inside the zana map. Even went over everysingle item that dropped. But since people say rogues is what you need, spent a few resources and made this But already know howmany amulets i will see. Sigh. | |

for the purpose of recipe, Im usually short on rings
