" Almost definitely. There actually may be several passive skill point resets in the coming weeks as changes are made to the tree based on your feedback. It just depends on how drastic those changes end up being. Forum Sheriff

ugh download has slowed to a grinding halt. Was doing about 1-4 mb/s now im sitting at 70 kbs @ 94.5%.
