why not legacy GOLDWYRM? your boots has 20% quantity, and perfect legacy goldwyrm 30%, and you can to buy medium/high roll (27-28) for a pair of exalteds. Generally good build but I said LOL for title NOT EXPENSIVE. Its very expensive. Legacy flask, helm, boots, belt. How much? 50ex? 100ex? :D
But something about build. Im playing MF 2 years or something like that. This build is good for slow party with low dps = good chance to die. This build cant support fast party, cant support big dps party, its close range (cant cull off screen hard bosses) and oriented on specific area. Right now im playing split arrow mf with 450/103 with near 7 attacks per sec, always able to hit flask (mana never full), 5.3k live, 75/64 % to dodge (vaal grace) and 40% (106% flask) mov speed. The fastest/best mf build with ability to cull everything thats not instakilled and cull off screen. Build price is:

Used this as guide. Took pierce nodes and it works great with chain. Tabula is cool but 6l chest (any, Greed Embrace works too if u dump haste and use pur of lig and fix res with ur helm) gives u hp.
