PoE on Win7(x64) can't decode some stuff

I am trying to run PoE on Win7(x64) and here's what happening:
In initial loading process game can't decode ("decoded no data") some audio files. There are several messages and all of them are mentioning IntroFly2.ogg When I 'ok' (which means 'skip', afaik) all this exception messages the game crashes.

Similar thing happened to my fiance, only she has XP on her PC as she can't stand Win7 for some reason.

I have whole other problem on XP, but not this one.

Add --softwareaudio to PoE shortcut
