Yup, There must be some metalheads on here, what kind of metal are you guys listening to from around the world?

As I am not sure what counts as metal i'll just list those what I think is metal. Here are some others: 10 years Alter Bridge Foo Fighters Theory Of A Dead Man Red Jumpsuit Apparatus Avenged Sevenfold I have many more, but these are all I can think of at the moment. I'm very old school metal fan, I bought my 3 first records of Anthrax, Metallica and Slayer 1984, and been a fan since.

" Don't listen to that nonsense regarding Megadeth. Peace Sells... But Who's Buying; So Far, So Good... So What!; Rust in Peace; and Countdown to Extinction are all just as good as the early Metallica albums. siribows is correct about Pantera though. I highly recommend everything from Cowboys From Hell onward. But newporg I'm more surprised that you're missing bands like Death, Morbid Angel and Suffocation just to name a few. Do you listen to black metal at all? I noticed a distinct lack of it in your list. All things considered that is a fairly impressive list man, very nice. |

Ok, i'm sorry about Megadeath, I think they are just fine, it's just Dave Mustaine's squeaky voice that gets to me some times when i listen to them.
Got all their official albums though :) And as you write, Death and Morbid Angel, they are just great! I had a 10 minute exellent crowd surfing time during a Morbid Angel and Death concert 1991 :D Cant remeber who was tha main act, think it was Morbid Angel :) Oh, dont forget Deicide, if you like that kind of music! |

Im not gonna bother quoting everyone... but yea death metal does count (obviously) I pretty much only listen to death metal and its sub genres, Im not a fan of thrash metal or deathcore or metalcore... but i just kinda left it open that people could post any bands they wanna...
