Hi lizzrdd,

How long have you been having these problems for? We would first need you to try playing through another gateway to see if it still happens, and also make sure nothing might be interfering the connection from your side: such as wireless or other computer's using the internet heavily while you're playing.

WinMTR tests also give us a bit more information on what's causing the interference, just they have to be run while you're having the disconnects. Thanks.
Has any exile really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
The disconnects have been happening since the patch. I have tried to play on other gateway and it keeps happening. I have tried to run those tests but I will again. I have updated all the drivers on my computer, dont have wireless, and am the only computer in my house. I also bought a new router since I was connecting directly to my modem that the internet company has provided. (Charter) :( I have reset everything, twice, lol. Really trying to understand this, I love playing this game. What seems to happen is my ping will skyrocket, then flatline and nothing in the game can be killed or touched for a couple seconds, then booted back to the login screen. Have redownloaded the game, will see if that helps. Thank you for your prompt response. :)

From your test it's showing you're getting packet loss either between your modem and ISP, or around your ISP's equipment:

This is shown by the 3% packet loss that's starting somewhere between your 1st and 3rd hop, and how it continues through the rest of the trace.

You would be best speaking to your ISP about this (and sending them these results, as well as more tests) to go through troubleshooting with them to look into possible line faults and rule out any equipment interference.

Ok Ill call them today, however this issue is ONLY with P.O.E. Every other online thing I do has no issues.
Ok they are coming out here tomorrow morning, any ideas on what to suggest to them to look for? Im not really a techie, I kind of know a little but any advice would be awesome!
