[3 TIMES SO FAR][LOSING MAPS]Connection lost + Instance crash doing Catarina Daily

same thing happened to me 5 minutes ago when running a shore map on my RF Incinerator. Catarina Quest -> revive 9 corpses -> clicked the green circles -> instant logout and map crashed/disappeared.
