Is anyone finding it hard to sell items?

legacy Thunderfist....
good luck finding people rich enough to buy these, who don't already own a pair.

(sort by lightning damage)

There's a couple legacy ones between 16 and 20 Ex.
So "real value" is probably around 15?
(don't know exactly why some people try to sell non-legacy for 25 Ex)

That's expensive, but not THAT expensive.
Meaning there's probably a lot of people "rich enough" to buy those, if they needed them for whatever reasons.

As far as I've noticed, RT weapons just do not sell. And as for crit daggers, the market is totally saturated with daggers of varying levels.

I mean, in the beginning of FM, stuff like the axe below (371 pdps) used to go for like 40ex. And now, I see similar weapons going for 15-20ex or even less.

Meh...
For try, for see, and for know.

This is a buff

Standard: downside is items are hard to move, upside is gearing up is cheap as hell. You can get into mid level maps with a good build and 20c

Most of my income on standard is from gems and good uniques, occasionally I sell rare's but not often

this cost me 2 exa though but it goet me to 30k gmp nado shots , something the bow linked earlier will struggle to do

GMP, probably not, but in a finished build 6L'd I'd hit around 22-25k dps LMP.

Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.
Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge.

When Ambush ended, I got this amulet

Conclusion: Trading in Standard suck
demand for normal to good items naturally goes down when players can craft their own good gear from average finds. no surprise there.

the good thing is: in poe you can keep playing the game and trading will just be toned down in permanent leagues (there is no right to get rich by trading).

Spoiler
the bad thing (sure offtopic): real life capitalism, which has the same problem, will go down (supply side production but no demand because the money is concentraded in the hands of a very few).
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
Just too many types of players, it's impossible to make them all happy ...

Before : ppl who plays a lot have more chance getting good items, they can sell, progress and get vgood gear, ppl who plays casually, self found are unhappy because unless big luck they need to buy to the first category

After : ppl who play less can get a good item with masters, they need less to buy, sellers are unhappy.

In the end more players are enjoying the game as more ppl are getting "good" items, it's more difficult to sell I agree, you need really good gear to get some exalts. But I still sell some carcass, belly etc for like 5 10 c, but yeah especially in STD u need best gear corresponding to FOTM to make big money.

From a "bank" point of view it's sad, from a "gameplay" point of view it's better because so many items are undervalued (LC, belly, lioneye's, etc...)
